I ordered an invitation from your online inventory. How long will it be before it ships or be available for download?

Invitations from our online inventory will ship or be available for download 5-7 business days after your purchase. If you ordered a Custom Invitation, your design proofs will be available within 10 business days.

I don’t see the specific printing product listed that I am looking for. Does West & Gray work with large format and specialty printing outside of your normal inventory?

Yes! We love working with our customers to make design and print dreams come true. Not all custom products and projects are doable, but we would love to see if we can be a part of creating something special for you. Do I have to ship my order?

No! All orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States or locally picked up in Tupelo, MS. West & Gray will work with the customer to arrange a pickup time for their purchase.

If I order a "Custom Invitation" will I be the only customer with this design?

We love creating unique invitations for our customers. Your one-of-a-kind invitation will not be sold to any other customer until after your event. Once your event has passed, the invitation design will be added to the West & Gray invitation catalogue online.
